John, No. We put the Whap stuff in the Communications Lib (Lib 5). If you think there is really a need for a Lib just for Whap (and it's auxillary programs), let us know.
Start each line with a period and that will force it to be saved as formatted (your format, not CIS's reformat).

Relax for a second. The monitors DOES NOT allow adjustment to Hue, Sharpness or color in RGB mode. It is NOT supposed to. The Denise handles the display.
