David — Sure. Create a DXB file of the wireframe from AutoShade, read that into AutoCAD via DXBIN, and use AutoCAD to plot to either of at least two of the devices you listed (HP LaserJet II and HP 7475A). — Brad ..

I was asked how to plot/print Ashade wire frames. They have an HP 7475, a 24 wire dmp, and a laserjet II. Any suggestions. -David

I've converted the X-29, and it's ray-tracing now on my second Amiga. It says it has a few hours to go, but I turned the antialiasing way up, and my conversion isn't optimized as best as it could.

There is a way to uninstall the mouse emulator on the Summasketch. First, disconnect the AC cord from the tablet. Second, reconnect the plug and the tablet is back in tablet mode.

Jean-Paul, There's two ways to use the Summasketch with AutoShade: 1) Summagraphics has a driver that emulates the Microsoft Mouse. Unfortunately, there's no way to uninstall the driver when switching BACK to ACAD. 2) We have for sale an ADI driver for the Summasketch. This allows using ONE configuration for…

I agree, it is hard to imagine that people would buy Amigas to get a AutoShade-like rendering system, but there are a number of things that could make it appealing. The NTSC video-out on the Amiga means you can lay these animations to video tape without extra hardware, and you…

It all sounds really interesting. I think it could be something some would go for, but having a whole other computer system may inhibit a majority of your targeted market. It also competes with AutoShade & AutoFlix directly and I would think the total costs may inhibit most from going…

David, Money and greed. Don't get me started on that subject…I could write volumns on them. You are absolutely right, the drive no longer seems to be to make a quality product…but to make money by suing someone else. Lawyers and politians seem to have replaced inovation. Don

I'm looking for some feedback on a program I have. My program converts DXF files to Amiga 3D graphics formats. I don't sell a rendering program, you can buy those separately for about $200. On the Amiga, with my program, you can convert a DXF 3D drawing (normally rendered in…
