Randy; Beg to pardon, but DiskEd can be gotten from three sources: 1) The vewrsion 1.0 Kickstart disk 2) The Macro Assembler package 3) The MCC Pascal package. And have heard reports that it's also in the Lisp package…but can't confirm, as I don't have Lisp. John

At present, everyone (including those at CBM/Amiga) seems to be favoring C. Personally, I don't…too much of a bother (after all, hobbying should be FUN; C is too much like real work for my tastes…although I do use it if I hafta..) There isn't too much support for Pascal right…

To tell the truth, as-is Animator/Images is allright, but in order to make the programs work correctly (and to do more than about 6-10 seconds of animation) you'd need at least 1 meg or more..It looks as if optimum for the program would be 2-meg or more for true tasking…

Sheesh! (blush on face)….Was THAT a boner on my part…. Anyway, will give a call….am interested in the new drivers and the tape backup (as the victim of THREE (3) HD crashes, am interested in ANYTHING that'll back up this hard disk without having to use floppies!)

Bill; Good to hear from you! 'Tis good news that the new drivers will allow you to recover the disk…it is quite annoying to have to recreate the disk every so often because of a crash of one type or another. Do have a couple more questions for you though..…

This has put off many people that I have shown these scripts too..comments range from "Why is that ship so plain" to "Why did you do it THIS way…it looks so strange…." Admittedly, Animator is limited by the memory space in the computer at the time, which leads me back…
