#119510 #A2000 Configuration Message #119570
From: Paul MacDonald The Amiga Forum · Hardware April 16, 1988 10:25 AM
Ok Don. Thanks. Sounds like there is adequate flexibility built into the system. If an external 3.5 can be configured as drive A:, then I bet an internal 3.5 can be wired to the Bridgeboard to function as drive A:. Is that a correct assumption? Paul

Hi Don, Okay … I think I have it. The drive that comes with the Bridgeboard is an external 5 1/4" … right? So, I could take my A1010 and plug it into the Bridgeboard and use it for reading and writing to my 720K MS-DOS disks. If that is…

Hello, I am getting ready to purchase an A2000 system, but I need some help with putting together the "right" configuration. I do want a hard disk and a Bridgeboard. However, my IBM software is all on 3.5" diskettes. Am I limited to one 3.5" floppy drive, one 3.5" hard…

Picked up V2.0 of ProWrite the other day and much to my surprise I found V1.3 Preferences and an EpsonQ printer driver. Nice going guys, the speed and selectable densities is a real treat. The version of Preferences supplied on the SYSTEM diskette has Anti-Aliasing (rather than Smoothing). A bug…

Can anyone tell me how to redefine the shape of the AmigaBASIC cursor. Presently its a vertical line. I'd like to change it to a solid blinking cursor. Dunno how to though. Any help would be appreciated. Paul
V1.3 Printer Drivers Message #109506
From: Paul MacDonald The Amiga Forum · Tool Box February 16, 1988 9:20 PM
I tried out the new V1.3 printer.device and the new EpsonX printer driver. First the good news — there is an appreciable speedup in graphic printing times with the new printer.device. The bad news is that the EpsonX driver has that same old original Epson driver problem of printing a…
