I think you're right…and will be calling Microtek's tech people tomorrow! Your fax arrived ok today – thanks a million. I'm including it in a package I'm sending Fed Ex to both Quark and Microtek. We'll get this thing figured out one way or another!!

Wow! I'm so glad* somebody was able to replicate our problem!!! Now, I have to figure out why the people at Quark claim they can't make XPress duplicate my problem. Are you using TOPS, by any chance?
