Actually, after rereading Nth's own comments about the way it handles Ashade, I have to retract that last statement…seems the display list is not used at all. With Ashade, the Nth is just another graphics card that has a driver for Ashade (..just another pretty face in the crowd?) Aflix…

Ed, unless I'm wrong, those boards derive most of their speed from display lists, not necessarily graphics speed. Imagine the Nth Engine with its virtual window of 32k x 32k trying to load Aflix scenes…. that much video takes a while to load. I suspect that is why you won't…

Well, well, well! Read Bob Hartman's article about architectural organization of the layers using the CSI format. After reading the article in Cadalyst, thinking about what you wrote and looking at the situation, I now believe that it can work. OK, so you're ahead of me!
