The Perception outputs 4:2:2 digital component quality which, I think, is better than BetaCam, so this would be you best, as opposed to the MARS boards. Siggraph was great, and there were quite a few firms looking for help!
Thanks. I'll check it out.
After spending some time talking with the Daewoo people and the DPS people at Siggraph I finally found out one of the major differences between the MARS II board and the PVR: MARS II uses MPEG2 compression/file format and the PVR uses M-JPEG. This give the PVR a lower compression…

My alternatives are: 1. A dedicated server running Netware with each workstation running 3DS under…
Thanks, Tim.
Thanks…it seemed too good to be true!
I almost always use TGA files, but the JPEG files are substantially smaller. Is there any "loss" with the JPEG output if the qulaity slider is set for 100%?
I am about to order a couple of Gateway Pentiums with ATI Mach 64's. Did you say that there is no Acad driver (Vibrant) for this card yet…or were you talking about something else?

Although I like the World-Creating Toolkit I find it a little cumbersome to navigate. The CD-ROM that came with…
