Roger, Depending on your network, Lantastic has several methods that can "spy" or "control" a node on the net. Otherwise, pcAnywhere seems to be a good application, as well as CarbonCopy. Kendall

Pat, I suggest you check into BOBCAD, a very good 2.5 axis CAM tool. It is not as fancy as Smartcam, EasyCAM, MasterCAM or AutoMill, but is perfect for beginning level programming. Email if you would like more, etc. Kendall

Milt had a good point, with Internet to the CIS email, you can not post to the bulletin board for all eyes to see the traffic. The email only goes to the TO: person. We would need a "person" id for the forum section, i.e. forum acad, section 11, all……
Milt, please take no offense here, in respect to CIS vs. Internet… Steve Reed and I have been emailin' for years, now, and the response time is immediate between his and my workstation… if we have a question, etc, we fire off the email, and we don't have to wait…

I have seen the the most often over-looked aspect of CAD is the education of the users… how many come into Advanced ATC classes that still do not understand, nor use customized menus, scripts, Lisp, or Paper/Model space, not to mention utilizing 3D wireframes, or dare I say AME solids……
