Mike, I finally solved the problem!! And it wasn't SuperGen or BC Titler. I had an adjustment made to me Time Base Corrector, and the problem was fixed! Hurray! Tina

Mike, I think I can take it back to the dealer. If not, I can probably return it to the company. I may have to wait awhile before I can try it out on another Amiga. My dealer just sold out all his Amigas. Even sold his floor model. So…

Talked to someone at Creative Computing today, and he also said that he's never heard of this problem. He thinks maybe it's a fault in my particular computer. But that still doesn't explain what the guy from SuperGen said. Oh well. . . It's frustrating. I'm new to the Amiga.…

Mike, The problem happens when I use SuperGen to fade the video image to or from black. It happens in both the manual fades and when Broadcast Titler effects control the fade. When I'm in black (either before or after the video image fades) I can see part of the…

Steve, I'm using SuperGen and Broadcast Titler with a 3/4" editing system. When I fade to black, the right edge of the video image still shows. But it only shows on 2 out of the 6 moniters I've checked it on.

Bob, Turbo Silver sounds interesting. I'll put it on my LONG list of things that I have to buy for the Amiga. Just picked up Digi-View, and I'll be trying it out as soon as I finish this. Tina

Bob, Thanks for the advice and the welcome! I've spent most of the day working with the Amiga, and I feel much more comfortable with it now. The graphic capabilities on Deluxe Paint III are incredible! Tina

I just purchased an Amiga 2000, which I am planning on using with my 3/4" editing system. I'm using Broadcast Titler and Super Gen. The manuals on both of these products leave a lot unexplained. Can anyone suggest a good book on desktop video? I made the salesman's life miserable…
