I am writing a commercial application that uses flc files. What are the restrictions on distributing Autodesk DLLs with an application. It looks like I need to include MCIAAP.DRV and AAPLAY.DLL. Do I need AAVGA.DLL? Are there licensing fees?

If I follow the instructions in MCIDOK for the MCIAAP.DRV installation, Windows complains and says it cannot load the driver. Do I have to do something more than put the driver under the [mci] section of SYSTEM.INI? How do I preset the 2 VGA parameters it needs?
