Where is the program Owl Screen Lock (OSL) that is supposed to be "in the Tech Tips library [Library 7] of ZiffNet's Computer Shopper forum"? I've spent my time and money to enter this forum, but when I enter the file name, OSLV20.ZIP, I'm told that the file doesn't exist.…
