Is there a difference between Autodesk FLI and Microstation FLI format? If not, you can try Color Wheel (under $100) which converts FLI/FLC to AVI.

There is an inexpensive graphic software, Color Wheel, that can 1) extact frames from AVI, FLI/FLC files, 2) edit them individually or in group, 3) save them back as AVI files. CALL Pacific Gold Coast at 1-800-732-3002 or you can get it from Software Etc., CompUSA.
