Wasn't there once a graphics oriented Amiga conference program, with animated characters, voice responses, etc. that was used here on CIS? I think they used to meet at 10pm est on Wednesdays. Info? Bob.

Bob, That was before I became active on this forum, but there was such a program, and there was a terminal program that supported it. I can't tell you any more about it, though. Betty

Bob, Yes, it was called CTV and was written by Ariel Butler. After usage for several months most people felt it was not an effective method to communicate. -sja

Yes, I recall it now. I just read Village Voice article on Virtual Reality and was reminded of that program. Since I hadn't heard anything for awhile, I wondered whether they progressed. Thanks Again.
