If you are speaking of the 8438…yes it will work with the Amiga and the 2090 BUT only as a 20 Meg drive…exactly the same as an 8425.

Don, I was under the impression that the 2090 was for the A2000? Was I misinformed or did the 500 part of my msg slip by you? If the 38 works only as a 20 then I would guess you recommend (is that too strong a word?) that I go for the 20 meg? I need some sort of HD and FAST! but lack the thousands I was led to believe it would require.(well a grand & then some at least) Thanks. Fernando
