A few of our libraries are not available because we are saving them for
future expansion. If you cannot get access to a library, it is usually
because there are not files in the library. The only exception to this
would be a library set up for a special purpose, such as one limited to
beta testers of a particular piece of software, or for developers who must
be approved for Commodore, or something like that. You have access to all
of the public libraries that contain files.
