I just got a new 4000 with 1960. The 1960 just died! Is there any way to reset it? The power light does not even come on now. Norm

I suspect that your dealer or Commodore will replace it through their Gold Service agreement or something of that sort. —Betty

Norm, what a bummer on your 1960. Were you using it when it died or did it just not power up one day? How long has the monitor been working properly? Sounds like infant mortality to me. I wouldn't tinker with it or you may be accused of causing the problem. John
