#B&P Pro 2.0

Thankyou for calling and getting a serial number to me. All is well now.
There was no # on disks or shrinkwrap on any packaging.
One question…
In the Media Madness window under the The Last Slide show, the
palettes of the IFF files are wrong as well as the brightness. I have
disabled Velocity, P Bend and Mod Wheel. Playing with the note
velocity changes with option on or off. There is no way to fix the palette
change, it's almost like a partial color cycle.
What value do I change to use the original picture parameters.
Also- When I change my screen to interlace, the whole screen
disappears. Really! All gone, nowhere to be found. I must reboot, it has
something to do with Directory Opus 4.0.
Thanks again,
–Paul
Dear Paul,
Thank you for these reports. I sent your letter to Engineering. They requested
that you send those IFF slide via EMail, so that they can test them.
The interlace problem is a new one. We'll call Inovatronics and see what we
can learn.

Oops. Opus is not the culprit. It is ClockDJ, a very popular utility. I
know the answer.
I'm still trying to figure out how to attach a binary to E-mail, getting
closer, sorta.

Ok, glad to know it isn't Pro 2.0 that's causing the problem.
I look forward to seeing those other files.

Excuse me for getting in here, but I wanted to talk to somebody of Blue Ribbon
about this. Today I recieved the One Stop MS card. (I have an Amiga 3000T) I'ts
not playing correctly the MIDI demo songs neither working correctly with the
Super JAM! demo included in the package.
It seem as if the patches were incorrect, although all the software is set
correctly. Also there are interrupted notes. Is it damaged? If it is What can I
do?
Thanks for any help,
Julio
Dear Julio,
I spoke to one of our engineers here and he'd like a little more information:
In what way are the patches incorrect? Are they playing the wrong sounds or
are the sounds out of tune?
Where do you experience interrupted notes? In SuperJAM! or the MIDI File
Player? Both?
Have you tried using the OSMS with any other MIDI software, such as B&P Pro or
another sequencer?
Perhaps you could call our technical support staff. This way, they could help
solve your problem interactively. The number is 404-315-0212.
Thanks for the reply. I'm sending the card back to the dealer where I bought
it, but anyway, if there's any problem with the replaced card I'll give the
technical support a call.
Thanks,
Julio
