I am still waiting for a resolution to the receipt of 16 or so clipart
disks with no way of identifying the pictures. Shall I simply return them
for a refund or will you folks be sending a catalog out to purchasers?

This is a joke right? I called and I received several 800 Hz tones
on and off for about 30 seconds followed by a hang up. Tried the number a
second time and same experience.

Paul, no it's not a joke. I think you reached our answering machine before or
after hours when it was broken. All it would do is beep several times and hang
up. That's probably what happened. Try again, but remember we are only open
9am-5pm centeral time. Thanks.

I've had a BIG order in at Soft-Logik for quite awhile. Could you check on
it please? (It's under Nancy Lorieau.) There are mega sets of clip art, a
few fonts, the type program, and, of course, the AE update. If they went
out "slow-boat", I will die, as I specifically asked them to send it via
FedEx or UPS – and I'm sure I'll be charged for this shipping, because it
was on my order. It has been way more than a month now. (Maybe more than
two.)

Nancy, according to our records, it was shipped out in two pieces. The clip-
art went out on Feb 22 UPS ground. 2 TypeSmith went out on March 2 also UPS
ground. If you have any more questions about this, please call our sales
department at 800-829-8608.
