NULL: device!

Folks
pardon my lazyness, but how do you create a NULL: device ? I am
trying to create a crontab entries for DCron, and it needs the
NULL: device…

I'm surprised DCron didn't come with the NULL: device. You can't just
create one, you need a null-handler file and an entry in your mountlist. I
know AmigaUUCP (another Matt Dillon program) comes with NULL:, and I'm not
sure it even needs it anymore! (Well, maybe it does; I think he includes
DCron with it…)
? I downloaded AmigaUUCP latest version and it comes with both! so I am
fixed!

p.s. do you use AmigaUUCP ?
I use AmigaUUCP, or at least used to. I haven't been able to communicate
with the system feeding mine for about a week. It's up, but it doesn't
seem to accept files or send any to me. I sent the guy in charge a note
about it from Compuserve, but he hasn't answered yet. Next step is to call
him, I guess. I might also go to the Unix forum and ask what the very
cryptic error messages mean.

You can get a Null: device with RUNBACK (runbac.lzh) located around here
someplace.
