I was wondering if anyone knew when the version 3.0 Macintosh CD-ROM Driver
from NEC was coming out. If it is out, could you please upload it here.

NEC is currently sending out v3.05 of their drivers to people who call in and
request it… they haven't posted it anywhere else yet, so you must contact
their technical support department by phone. They'll then send a 3.5" disk to
you via US Mail.
The number, if you don't have it, is 1-800/388-8888… when I called, I told
them I was using Sys 7.1 in 32-bit addressing, and I never got asked another
question <grin>.
