I have a Toshiba T3200 SXC with SoundBlaster Pro and a Creative Labs
CD-ROM model CR-523-B.
I use MSCDEX Ver. 2.21, but when I try to run Viewer it doesn't start.

There might be other factors, including available memory and resources. How
much memory do you have? What's your video and video resolution?
The add-ons sound okay for running Cinemania; barring an install problem
(you have, I presume, tried reinstalling just to make sure) it's most likely in
your memory, video, or resources.
