Well, I see that my name has come up several times under the topic of VR. Yes, it is true (it must be if Terence says so) that we at CAD Institute are into VR in a BIG way. We are offering a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Virtual Reality. Currently we are running 6 different VR softwares (and a few "homebrew" programs) ranging from the minimumly immersed to fully immersed. I have tried to incorporate (budgets permitting) as many different peripherals as I can into our program. Fairly impressive so far. I will be speaking at the Virtual Reality Solutions conference in New York (March 15-17) and at Meckler (May 19-21) in San Jose. I am also working closely with the folks in the Cyberspace department at Autodesk. I am working on a very detailed listing of resources (books, articles, and publications) that I will be happy to make available to any and all who would like it. I will speak to Wanye about putting it here as well. Drop me a message if there is anything I can do to help you out, if you have any questions, or just want to "Cyberbabble". We have lots of fun things going on here. Talk to you later….. more to come

John, I would like to receive (as I requested last time we talked in San Rafael) any brochures or materials you have describing your program, courses, types of equipment and software you are running. I've got two or three people I'm turning loose on VR and they are pumped. We're planning to start with a short seminar for teachers in April then go for an introductory short course for summer term. From there…who knows. So I am looking for any info or assistance you can send. Clackamas Community College 19600 S. Molalla Ave. Oregon City, OR 97045 Thanks. shoe

John…. I would like to recieve any information regarding VR that you have at your institute. Particularly the cirriculum you've developed, the hardware/software you use and the resource guide you are putting together. Thanks Roger Cusson Vanier College 425 DeMaisonneuve W.
