Greg: Switzerland, yes…cheese, chocolate, (s)watches and so on, you know. About Siggraph 93 in Anaheim: I just received some information about the convention by mail (paper mail). Unfortunately the date in august is bad, because I plan a trip to California in late april/early june this year together with my girl friend. I guess there is no permanent exhibition or something else in Anaheim? (Maybe you can name me other places of "electronic-graphic-interest" in the area?) I know that there are "scientific papers" of siggraph conventions (never saw one), so: is there maybe a kind of a conference documentation available afterwards? Any information about this would be very interesting. BTW the "sailing I won't forget": do you refer to the sailing simulations on SIG on the occasion of the Americas Cup……? Thanks in advance for any (siggraph) information……….Alexander.

Alex: Well, definately stop in and say hi when you come out! We are located between Los Angeles and San Diego, closer to LA, right on the beach. As for 'permanent exihibitions of graphic interest', we can all go over to Martin Foster's house and watch his machines render! <g> Greg Pyros

Greg: 'right on the beach'….you don't know how lucky you are….! I will be glad to stop in……..we're still discussing the route (the national parks…fine architecture I'd like to see….things like this). I'll let you when we're around, ok? …………………..Alex.

Alex: Let me know when you nail down your itinerary… My schedule gets pretty hectic most of the time… But lets plan on it! Greg

Hey! Don't fib! At least you can sorta SEE the beach from GRAFX! (If you stretch your neck. I ain't never seen the ocean from PPHQ! (But you are probably closer to the actual water than us…)

Doug: In terms of location, by way of Switzerland, I said that Newport was on the beach! (or at least I meant that! <g>) Straight up Jamboree, I give it about 3 miles from the office. Are we still having a Siggraph 3DS party? It's almost time to get some planning started! Greg PPHQ – has a ring to it!

We sure _are_ having a Siggraph party! It's in the works already… our annual 3DS broohaha. I think we're shooting for either Monday or Tuesday night (8/2 or 8/3). – G
