I made a little comment to Gary regarding the newsletter's readyness at the end of a little, competely forgettable message. Someone picked up on it and started a thread titled "3DS Newsletter" and then all hell broke loose!<g>. TO ALL … As Greg said, the newsletter is a colaboration between Dynamic Technolgies and the Pyros Partnership. This first issue was not really intended as a "3D Studio Twidget's Hackers Newsletter". It discusses a few products, has a tips and tricks section (pretty basic stuff) and a "What's News" section. I talked to Greg today about what to do about all the requests we've been getting and here's what we'll do. For this first time, we'll send you the newsletter no charge (we'll pow-wow later and figure what the long range plan will be). If you would like to recieve the newsletter, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING! If you are EAST of the Mississippi, send a message to me on this forum with your name, mailing address and credit card # <g>. If you are WEST of the Mississippi, send the message to Greg P. If you are in Canada or Mexico look at a map and figure it out <g>. If you are outside N America, I'm sorry, but we can't handle that now. All we ask in return is that you purchase atleast $100 worth of stuff from either of us over the next year <g …. just kidd'n .. not reallly … no really … >. Since there is SO MUCH interest here, the next issue will maybe contain tech info at a little "higher level". Basically this newsletter is a service from us to our existing and potential customers. It think it will definitely expand to be more inclusive. Ang
