A friend of mine has an Optical Access International CD-ROM
that he purchased at the MacWorld expo in Boston last year.
The internal type is "Mashita CR 5xx: Version 1.0b". He would
like to use Photo CDs. Is there any hope, using e.g. the
Trantor or the FWB CD-Toolkit, of reading at least the 1st
session with this drive, or should he buy a new one?
