I've got a 500 with an extra 512k in the bottom and extra drive. I'm thinking
about aquiring a cheap deal on a 590 hard drive, but would also like to upgrade
to 2.1. Is there any compatibility problems with this combination and would I
also be able to boot from the HD?
The A590 is bootable under 1.3 and later so you'll have no problems with it at
all. It's a very easy drive to set up and use. (If only you could put more than
2MB of RAM in it though…)
