Photo-CD Access help!!

I've just purchased a CD-ROM drive and Kodak Photo CD Access software, and
can't seem to get it working correctly.
I have no other problems with CD-ROMs I've purchased. They all read fine, and
I can read their directories from the dos command line. However, I try to
install the Photo Access software as per instructions under Windows and nothing
seems to work.
Windows can't read the disc. Nor can dos. I get an error in DOS that says
"CDR103: CDROM not High Sierra or ISO9660 format."
I'm using as multi-session photo-CD compatible Toshiba 3401B driver and a
Trantor controller.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
I have the Kodak Photo CD Access Software and Photo Sampler CD ROM, which is a
single session CD. It works fine on my Toshiba 3401B. I can access it through
DOS or Windows and have installed the Photo CD software with no problems.
What level of TSCLDR.SYS do you have? I'm using 1.46b with the SCSI port on a
Pro Audio Spectrum 16 card. It may be that you need an updated driver from
Trantor to handle the single or multisession discs. I've seen some messages
that say a driver update is necessary. Call Trantor or send a message to
72760,1346 (Jack at Trantor) who frequents many of these forums.
