What compliers will I be able to use with the IPAS Toolkit Version 2.0.
I have just ordered the kit but will not recieve it for a couple of weeks. I
have also purchased Watcom 9.5, but if the new Toolkit will use MS or Borland,
I would rather use them.

IPAS Toolkit 2.0 (more about this in a moment) requires MetaWare High C 1.73
(or MetaWare High C/C++ 3), and Phar Lap Software 2.2d or later. Example make
files require Microsoft NMAKE utility.
Since you have Watcom 9.5, "WATCOM c/386 9.0" is recommended, later compilers
have not been tested. I would expect problems!
Since we've announced the release of IPAS 3, I suspect you'll be wanting (and
getting) Rel 3. This is good. Watcom 9.5 is supported.

MetaWare High C/C++ 3.0, 3.1, and 3.11 with the Phar Lap 80386 Software (2.2d
or later).
