What is the latest revision for IM R/T ? and what is the current price for
getting the upgrade plane for the year ?

The currently shipping IM R/t is 1.07
We're within a couple of weeks of shipping IM R/t 1.50
Upgrades are $25 in the USA, and $30 outside the USA.

Has 1.07 resolved some of the problems I had been in contact with you
about? (GIF palettes, FLIck writer probs, etc.)
If so, I need to get an auto-upgrade.

All known problems have been resolved, barring some very bizzare rports
(none of which were made by you). Regarding autoupgrades, if you're on the
autoupgrade program, it'll come to you without you taking any action at
all.

I have 1.03 and understand that I'm entitled to one upgrade free – does
this mean I can wait until 1.5 or must I take 1.07? Thanks
You can wait as long as you have patience for, Mike. :^) THat form is good
for the current version at the time you submit it. So just hang on a
little bit.

The autoupgrade plan is no longer available; the only way you can be
on it is if you signed up some time ago. re the VISA/MC question,
either fax, mail, or telephone the order in as per usual.

since the autoupgrade plan is no longer available, can you tell me if current
autoupgrade subscribers will be allowed to renew when their year comes to an
end, or are you simply phasing out autoupgrades altogether?
