Does anyone have any tips on making bee's wings look like bees wings. I mean
the appearance that they are moving super fast. I've tried motion blur but it
just doesnt look right..
Any help, would be much appreciated?

We had a helicopter animation where the rotor blades were created with a disk
mapped with an opacity map of a single, blurred blade that slowly
rotated–resulting in the illusionary effect you get with high-speed props.
Perhaps you could create something like that for the bee's wings. That is, an
object with an animated opacity map that causes transluscent flickering in the
area of the bee's wings.
