I am sure this question has come before, but I must have missed the answer. I downloaded a file with an .lhw extension. I thought it would uncompress the same as one with an .lha extension. NO WAY! Which routine will uncompress an .lhw file? via Whap! Al Benglen 74615,500

Al, Look in Library 16 of AmigaUser for LHWARP.LZH. It will decompress your file. Files compressed with LHWARP have to be unpacked onto complete disks. ANy information on the target disk will be destroyed – you need to know that before you start using it. Betty

You need LHW14.EXE which is available in library 16 of AmigaUser. Steve
