I'm trying to use VLT5.576. The problem is for Quick-B download. I have a
'failure during protocol initialisation' with XPRquickb and XPRbplus. I have
selected parity 7E1 and strip 8th bit off… Any idea ? Thanks for any help

You need to set your serial settings to 8N1 to be able to download.
That setting (combined with the "strip 8th bit" set on) should work
without problem for you.

Thanks. I have found this but very late this night…. There is the same
problem with JPTC but when I set this configuration the vt100 emulation is not
good. I can read the escape codes! Thanks for your help. VLT is a very nice
software. I had JRComm and NComm ( registered version of course ) but the
screen managment is not fully compatible with my Picasso and my monitor. [D The
only bad feature in VLT is the phonebook but I need to check add-ons Bye
