I downloaded your demo – very impressive. I was particularly taken with
the number of EX modules.
One item in the list puzzled me though… can you tell me who makes the
video switcher listed as DVE-10 – any details you might have would be
helpful.
Also, is Opalvision support far off?

DVE10P is a genlock, not a video-switcher. It formerly was produced and
sold by Videocomp in Germany. They do not make it anymore.

Thanks Ottmar – are there any video switchers on the german market that
would allow me to switch between multiple video sources – sort of like the
Toaster, but without all the additional Toaster gadgets.

Yes, you can use the FrameMachine/Prism-combination together with a
Genlock (preferably the Sirius fro electornic design as well). Then
you have the possibility to mix two formerly unsynchronized videos on
a pixel-per-pixel-basis. You do this by drawing animations with >=4
bitplanes which gives you all the effetcs an Amiga can produce on
video-transitions as well. Very neat thing.
I'm not sure if the FrameMachine/Prism will do the video switching I was
looking for – but it sure sounds cool.
