Has anyone heard anything from Timm Martin who was the author of SID (the directory utility)?

Michael – Do you know if Tim has an "Online" address – either CIS ID# or Internet address? The reason I ask is that Tim's name is mention in the Docs of a shareware program I use regularly (Ami-Check2.0 v.1.01). The author of that program appears to have dropped of the face of the earth (or has just moved and I can't find him). His name is Jeff Hoag and Ami-Check is dated 1991. At one point I sent this man his shareware fee, yet the check was never cashed or returned to me – I carried that one in my Ami-check register for about a year. (One of only a few Shareware programs I have ever attempted to pay for BTW). Anyway Jeff mentions Timm in his docs as being someone who help him with the program. I though if I could get in touch with Timm, he might still be in touch with Jeff. (It's a long shot). But I'll only try if I can reach him on the nets (isn't everybody on the Information Highway – You would think that Timm would be). If anyone else reading this post and knows about Jeff Hoag – speak up. Ami-check is a good program, and Jeff speaks of future versions and expanded options which would really make Ami-check something that everyone seems to be looking for these days – A gook Amiga based QUICKEN. Roy, I don't think Timm was ever on CIS. He used to have a support BBS for SID but it's been down for at least a couple of years now. Dennis ….on AutoPilot
