#Printing services.

O.K. let me try it again. Either I posted this message in the wrong section or
nobody outthere needs any business.
I'm looking for a good service to print some tga files from back up tapes or
disk. I need good quality prints, glossy or dye symilation (sp) prints.
Working through the mail is no problem. I live in Ft.Lauderdale, Fl., but not
to thrilled or confident in the
work ethics of the SE Floridains.
Thanks
Carl
Carl,
I don't know if the prices are good but you could call the company I work
for… Applied Graphics Technologies. Call 213-245-9000 and as for the nearest
plant. They will probably get you to the NY office. They may have a 800 number
in you area also? Worth a shot.

Thanks Steve, will do.

Carl: I use a BJC-800 for routine prints here. For high quality prints
nothing beats the old film recorder to color negative film and enlargements.
If you need speed we have a service bureau that does Dye sub output for a fat
fee equal to twice the filmrecorder /enlargement cost. If quality is your game
you should consider the film recorder approach. Should be several service
bureaus in your area.
O.K. Don, I'm new to the film negative routine. How would I go about this. That
is
taking the .tga file to a burea and getting it into a negative. What kind of
program or equipment should the burea have to be able to do that process? Do
you or your company have all of the above or do you farm it out? If you do have
such service how about some price quotes through Email.
Thanks
Carl
