#View frame
10 messages in this thread
Is it possible to view the condition of a different key frame (other than the
current one) as a background image in the Keyframer? ie, I position a model in
frame 5, then I want to reposition it in frame 10 but with a reference image as
to where it was. If this is not possible, please add it to the wish l list.
Ian.
Ian, just load the background for frame 10 as your current background if you
want to position geometry over it for that frame.

Wow, have I been working too hard?!
Ian.
I think so!

Ian,
In case Gary's response wasn't clear, you'd have to render the reference
frame, then load it as a background on the frame where you want to modify
geometry.

Ah, render the frame then load it as a background. Too slow, too much work. I
want to see a command that would allow one to just view the condition of
another key frame. Like "blueing" in Ani Pro.

great wishlist item.

got the wish..

Ian,
For lining up geometry, the object snapshot command would be an option
also. Just do a snapshot at the ref frame and then stuff can be positioned in
all viewports accurately.

Snapshot, interesting idea. I'll give it a shot (err, SNAPshot.)
Ian.
