#3D Studio Windows Prob

ALL
I have tried to get 3D Studio to run under windows and for the most part
have been sucessful. The problem is when I exit 3D Studio all the windows, text
and Icons scramble and I am forced to exit windows to fix the problem.
The Graphics card I am using is the ATI graphics ultra pro 2 meg version. Has
anyone been sucessful in getting this card to run 3D Studio under windows
sucessfully? Thank You

I have exactly the same problem,,,same machine configuration and the same
card….I have not gotten any response from my previous mailings.

There are some OEM video drivers which will not work correctly with the Vibrant
drivers, when run inder Windows.
Switching either the Windows driver or the Vibrant driver (sometimes both) to
be VGA may solve the problem.

I have the ATI-AX0 (PCI) card in my P5/66 computer and gave up trying to get
3DS to work with it under Windows. (Same kind of problems) On another
computer with an old Diamond Speedstar VGA, it works just fine.
