to all: portable amiga wrokstations? is this for real? a laptop amiga, what a
great thing! any info would be great, size, price,..etc. iget a busy signal
every time i call.

I too have read the ad on Amazing Amaiga re PAW and have been unable to get a
reply from the number in Manassas, VA. I am interested in this product if it
really exists. Any info anyone, please?
Sure: It's gonna be a small laptop that weighs about three pounds, with an
68040 at 33 MHz, 10" active matrix 24bit color display, 16 MB RAM expandable to
256 MB, built-in trackball, SCSI-2, highspeed modem, an HD-disk drive, 2 PCMIA
slots, Kickstart 4.0, priced at $ 1999.-
It is supposed to be available right after the buy-out. Buy it before April 1st
and get a 1-yr.-subscription of AW for free.

I was reacting to an ad in the Febr issue of amazing amiga page 4 from
silent paw productions which shows a portable amiga supposedly available Dec
94. It also gives a phone number 703-330-7290, whih is constantly busy! I am
looking for info, not more sarcasm which is irritatingly rampant about anything
amiga these days.
