Hi guys, I've been out of 'the scene' for awhile now… Is there an AGA upgrade for the A3000 by anyone yet? I really want it just to play the newer games. If nothing does it, then I will probably sell it off and buy a used 1200. Bill Curran

There is no AGA upgrade for any mahcine as the earlier models of Amigas (not the 4000 and 1200) were all 16 bit, where as the latter are 32 bit. This means it would be virtually impossible to upgrade. –Richard Daniel

The 3000 does indeed have 32 bit capability. It has the Zorro 3 slots and a 32 bit data bus. However there is no AGA upgrade for it.

Actually, the 3000 is a 32bit machine, but the graphics chips weren't. I don't remember though whether on a 3000 they access 32bit memory. Mr. Zombie – Warped forever!
