Hey there Tracy. Fully loaded and running on the update, but…. Need help with the following please: 1) Dialer will no longer dial "1" on long distance. I have "dial1" checked and under Dialing Formats have 1<TEL> for Long Distance. When I click on the Test Button, the Window confirms 1<TEL> but the init string does not place the one in front. Same goes if I hold Ctrl key before dialing. I tried other fields and it's the same. (I did not have this problem previously. Corupt file maybe?) 2) Is there anyway to force "Windowed" Desktop of Calender to start up "minimized"? This is the desktop that use to be wallpaper only. 3) Any way to search all fields when doing boolean? Actually, this is a pretty short list compared to other upgrades I've received. GREAT PRODUCT! Anyone that doesn't agree that this update equals or exceeds other companies full blown upgrades (such as Organizer 2.0) is nuts. It looks and feels all new, but retains the functionality of what DTS already does best. By the way, the Amipro macro works great! Mike

Gee, how did you get the upgrade? I only see upgrade4.exe and not all the rest. -Richard Hein

Richard – The files are there – updte1, updte2, updte3 and updte4. They download fine, then change the names to update1, etc. and just run them in DOS to self extract (type update1, etc.). Back in Windows run install. Do this all in a temporary directory and you shouldn't have any trouble. Enjoy them, George.

I went in right in the middle of DTS uploading the fixed files, didn't see them, put the message into the outbox in NAVCIS, went in again in WINCIM and the files had shown up by then, got the files and forgot to delete my now irrelevant message. Got the program and am having a good time taking it for a spin. Regards, -Richard Hein

Dear Mike: Thanks – we're glad you're enjoying the update. Following are some answers: 1) I can duplicate this…(yikes!)… I will report it to development. 2) Sorry, no way to do this…I'll add it to suggestions. 3) No, but we have suggested this also. Sincerely, Tracy McKenna Okna Tech Support

Tracy, My dialer doesn't work at all now. I set up my modem the same way as 4.1a. I always get an intercept message; either "can't completer as dialed" or "your international call cannot be completed." Do you have any idea what I might try? Bill

Bill, Tracy has left Okna, and it looks like your message almost slipped through the cracks because it was addressed to her. If you address your messages to 71333,2161 they will always be answered promptly. Try taking your home country code out of File/Setup/Dialer. If you don't have one there, you'll have to do a hard reset by clicking the "Reset" button. This will delete all your Dialer setup, and you can start from scratch. There's something in the original 4.1a Dialer setup information that gives 4.1b trouble interpreting dialing formats. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support
