Yes, Yet Another Problem. (YAP) I can no longer export without GPFing. Ok, so is this some sort of way from insulating yourself from people leaving the DTS product in lieu of something that works? That was exactly what I was trying to do – so I could print something in another PIM – but no such luck. GPF on export. Also: Any idea of when the patch is coming (and this beta test will end)? Any idea when the list of known errors will be beefed up? Should I send you all my bugs again? Have you lost them? Please don't reply with another one of your form letter replies – at least let me know that somebody is taking down these errors so that I might believe they will be fixed – sometime. Thanks Barry Gervin

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that feels he is getting 'form replies' and no truly helpful advise.

Wayne, Since 4.1b is new, there are problems coming up that we can't fix immediately because they are caused by problems in the software. All we can do is give them to the programmers to research and fix. As the fixes come out in patches and are posted, we post lists of errors they fix with them. A message is then sent to "All" to notify everyone on the forum that a new fix is out. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support

Getting back to the subject of this message…. I sent in my data files last week about a) the export problem (GPF) and b) the problem with my notes categories. So how is it going? Dean told me that somebody was looking at it but nobody has gotten back to me? Barry Gervin

Barry, I sent them to the programmers so they could see what is happening to work on a fix. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support

Martine >>I sent them to the programmers so they could see what is happening to work on a fix. Were you able to reproduce the problem? Can you reproduce it on another data file or only on mine? In otherwords, is it a corrupt program or a corrupt database? This will help me in advising other people that I know that you the software. Barry Gervin

Barry, We were able to duplicate the problem. There is a corrupt data file, but not necessarily the address book dile. Dean Okna Tech
