Hallo, before explaining my problem I have to repeat, that the new DTS version after patch 1 is already the most stabile DTS I ever had ! Because of the concept and the uncountable features I always accepted some troubles. An excellent stability adds of course an additional dimension and reason to use THAT VERY PIM instead of others. Based on the new dialing options in the adress book I found a solution now to use the dialer with the European number-system, which makes the programs even more valuable. However, I am really happy with it and I am sure you will clean up all that problems like the one I found: Saving the phonelog-messages results in an error message: Error 12002 – File I/O error C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\PHONELOG.BTR I would be grateful to hear if I can do something to solve the problem myself… Florian Kliman

Florian, It sounds like the phonelog.btr file got corrupted. The easiest solution is to restore a backup. If you don't have a backup, either export or print the phone log information out so you have a record. Then exit the Phone Log and go to the Windows File Manager. Rename \windows\desktop\phonelog.btr to phonelog.old, then go back to the Phone Log. The program will create a new, error-free database. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support
