Hi, I am attempting to print out an address book that includes <HOME NOTE> in the entry. If I try to print out the home note as I've typed it in the address record, it doesn't wrap around to print in the address book. When I break up the note into several separate lines, only the first line gets printed out. TIA for any help. Regards, – Ed Inomoto [72007,2727] @ 06-Mar-1995, 11:25:37 ET

Ed, Home notes don't word wrap when you print them. In order to print them as several lines, you might have to take out some other template information. Address Book will only print 256 characters per record, or 6-7 lines, whichever comes first. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support

Martine, Thanks for the quick reply. I guess I'll have to experiment some more. Regards, – Ed Inomoto [72007,2727] @ 07-Mar-1995, 10:28:13 ET

Ed, Unfortuneately, this is a known bug in DTS. The print driver is being redesigned for the major update, and will hopefully solve this problem. You can put a manual return in your notes to prevent them form running over. Dean Okna Tech
