I have entered some names, first name first, others last name first. Now I want
to straighten this out.
How do I get back to 'Select Page Entry' for existing entries?

That window only appears the very first time you enter a record. To change
your page name order, you have to retype it on the page itself. Make sure you
don't have Quick Search enabled, or it won't let you edit page information.

The only time that you get the select page entry box is when you initially
create the record. Make sure that quick search is not activated and simply
edit the text directly on the address book page.
