I have been trying to print the address list with a template I designed.
Whether or not I specify which catagories or letter range to print, not all of
the entries print out (only about 2/3 of the entries print). I have changed
the template several times, but still get the same result. I use the Page
Name, Address 1, Address 2 … then several phone numbers. I have substituted
Last Name for the Page Name, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

The records that aren't printing are probably clones. You can check by
selecting one and going to Edit/Record Options. There will be a check next to
"Clone." Cloned records don't print, since if you print your entire Address
Book you would get two copies of the same record.
