At one time I had set up custom "Reminder" entries (Follow-up call, Contact client, etc.) to choose from when selecting "Remind / Enter Call", but now they are gone. What file would I need to restore to retrieve them? Thanks, Louis

I am awaiting a reply to a message I posted a few days ago before deciding whether or not to upgrade. I just went to set a reminder and all but three (Follow-up call, Contact client, and Request information) were gone. Louis

It sounds like you went to remind/ call. Try going to Remind/ Enter Event. Let us know if you have additional problems. Dean Okna Tech

Remind / Enter Event gives you a whole different set of reminders to choose from, and I hardly ever use it. I use Remind / Enter Call frequently, though, which is why I customized it. Louis
