Do you have any plans to develope an ODBC driver ? I need to find a contact-management program that will enable me to attach tables to MS-Access and Mapping program's. ERIC R. HJELM Coldwell Banker Sunday, March 12, 95 / 12:27 PM

Eric, Please clarify wahat you mean by an ODBC driver. You can currently attach a file to a record in DTS. Dean Okna Tech

>> Please clarify wahat you mean by an ODBC driver. >> You can currently attach a file to a record in DTS. Dean, I need to be able to attach the tables in DTS to MSaccess2.0. The only way to do this is with an ODBC driver and probably for you to upgrade to a newer version of Btreive. Unless you already have done this, the only way that I can think of is using DDE (which I already use with Word6) or to Export to Access2. What I need is to physically CONNECT/ATTACH the tables in DTS to ACCESS2.0 which means an ODBC driver, doesn't it ? ERIC R. HJELM Coldwell Banker Monday, March 13, 95 / 11:04 PM

Eric, DTS can support DDE commands as a server only. Access would be able to read from DTS, but not the other way around. I will make sure that development is aware of your suggestions for consideration in future releases. Dean Okna Tech
