Good Morning… I am thinking about upgrading to 3D Studio ver4 for my pentium90. I would like to start running either NT or Warp on my machine and am wondering if Autodesk has versions of 3ds that run on these platforms? Thanks.. Art Jones (I currently use trueSpace)

Art, The current version of 3D Studio will run under Warp. It will not run under NT, although we have announced that 3DS Version 5 will be an NT release. -Brian

Brian, I keep seeing PR releases from Autodesk with really cool products (3DS, Animator), but I cannot find a good source of what all these products are. I know about the main ones, but there seem to be so many "extras" from ADesk it's difficult to keep track. Is there some sort of brief listing of current Autodesk products somewhere? How can I get hold of one? Thanks, Tim

When R5 is released will it run on Alphas and MIPS machines? If so I want to Buy a NETPOWER mips machine to run R5 it comes with NT wrkStn 3.5. Also will my currnet lock work with this systems port, or will a new one be issued for different platforms. When can we expect to see a whitepaper on this release? Thanks Will
