Meckler's highly rated VR show will be held in San Jose CA in late May. A preliminary schedule is available as vr95.txt in lib 11 of Cyberforum. One item not listed on the schedule, is my talk during the Online VR section on Thrusday May 25. I have been asked to represent CompuServe in this venue. I'm developing a list of things CIS provides to VR folks, including all the various places to visit: CyberForum, AIExpert, EdResearch, ASOFT. I also plan to talk a bit about the new RENO interface (derived from Habitat) and VisCIS. If anyone here has suggestions for other topics and pointers, I'd love to hear them! Jerry Isdale

Hi Jerry! Just a quick note to remind you that (I guess) this is not called the ASOFT forum any longer but rather AMMEDIA. (Is this correct Jonas?) Althought my WinCim never seemed to notice the name change, I have been directing folks to Asoft and they tell me there is no such place any longer…….. Check with the sysops to be sure that I am correct on the new name of this forum. I would urge you to contact the folks in charge of the StudioCity 2000 project in the ASHOWCASE forum also. Try Paul Sanford, Sanford Kennedy and Donald Newlands to name a few. I personally think it would be great input to discuss with them the actual activities that have occured so far on this project, and how large a factor human nature and personalities are in a group project on CompuServe. Although progress has been made, it has taken many twists and turns along the way… And has been very interesting to watch the interaction and emotions of all involved. With a large group of contributors (dozens at last count had shown interests), some VERY talented in 3D modeling and others more talented in the personal interactions and organization, it has proven to be a real eye opener so far. Good and bad, it is just life in the real cyber world…………….. Good to 'see' you! Angela
