I cannot print envelopes using address book. The envelope goes thru the printer and comes out blank. I do not have this problem when using WordPerfect. Also, can I export to the Sharp YO610? Help.

Steven, Most likely your margins need adjusting. In file/print setup/envelope styles there is a test button. Use this on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and then adjust the margins accordingly. Dean Okna Tech

Dean: I tried the test which you suggested and only the ruler guide printed on the paper. Steven

Stephen, It sounds silly, but have you chosen fonts and sizes for the addresses. They are not set automatically, and could cause a problem if not chosen. Dean Okna Tech

Dean: The font and size for Recipient's Address was set. This was done in Print Setup, Envelope Styles. Help. Steven

Steven, Which brand/model printer are you using? Which print driver? Try creating a new envelope style from scratch and see if you can print it. If this doesn't work, you may want to try to re-install DTS.

Dean, I am using an HP Laser Jet IV. My partner is experiencing the exact same problem; therefore, I do not think that reinstalling will change anything. Help. Steven

Steven, Did you try to create an entirely new envelope style? Go to file/print setup/envelope addresses, and make sure that the merge fields are filled in the address boxes. Also, make sure that there are spaces between fields. Make sure that you have selected the proper address in the envelope styles section and that the entries you are trying to print for have information in the corresponding fields. Also, you may want to try installing the HP LaserJet III print driver from your original windows disks. We have heard other problems with this driver. Dean Okna Tech
